 SUMMAARRYYY

What's up brochachos, this week was honestly really fun surprisedly—so I'm only going to talk about th very fun things we had. The main fun thing we had this week was 7th grade class day; where every team in 7th grade went to Ice Palace. It was fun, but not super fun. I ended up having a nasty bruise on my right knee from falling at least 4 times. However, it was funny seeing those scream when they fell and also scream on how to skate (cough cough..me). Anyways, other than classday, I had to go to my church classes on Sunday. It's nice knowing the fact I'm getting my communion on May 31st—just a few more weeks and I'll be making my sacraments for not only communion but Reconciliation. I also have to do my 2nd Reconciliation on Saturday, but in 2-3 weeks from now. Oh yeah, after the class day in Ice Palace—it was kinda boring waiting for the end of school in the Cafeteria. It would've been better to just wait in our advisory or the period we had going on. But, it was fun sitting on the stage and laying down.

🌟–7th Grade Class Day
Honestly, for $20—the experience was fun (as it should be..). However, I feel like if you don't know how to skate, you shouldn't go. The only main thing why you shouldn't go is you honestly wouldn't have that much fun without experience of ice skating, unless you wanna slip and have bruises all over your body for weeks.

🌟–Going out more with friends
The end of the 7th grade year is almost to an end, with only a few more weeks of schools left. It's kinda sad thinking about it, knowing I won't be in leadership again next year and I'll most definitely miss all the 8th graders and alumni, but ESPECIALLY the seventh graders + GTs. But, I'm glad my friends (the leadership peeps) have been going out more. Especially to Spoons, McDonald's,Taco Bell, and all those kind of places.

🌧‒Having to stay in the cafeteria for a long period after Ice Palace
To be honest, the only downside was waiting in the cafeteria to wait for the bell to ring. But luckily, I'm grateful Mr. Ing allowed us to step out the Cafeteria and get the things we needed—especially our backpacks. And fortunately, I managed to keep money in my pocket; so I got ice cream along with Ellie.

🌧‒Difficulty with 8th graders taking pictures
The most annoying part of taking pictures of 8th graders is the 8th graders are too shy or entitled to take pictures. Yes, I really do appreciate some of them who are cooperative (ahem, ahem...which is only the leadership ones), but it gets annoying when 8th graders say, "I looked at that one picture *blahbkahblah* on the yearbook and I look ugly.." then proceeded to run away. And it's difficult taking pictures of three or more 8th graders, knowing that they're too shy to gather more 8th graders when there less and just run away in general. It's really not that hard to take a photo...

LESSONN LEARRNEDD

My main lesson for this week is patience is key. Even though I sometimes lose my patience during 8th grade graduation slides when it comes to taking pictures, I learned it's best to be patient other than showing your annoyed/irritated response. For example, I always learned to reassure the 8th graders that some of the pictures we took of them is not going into the slideshow, let alone we're not gonna be using them (lol thanks emma for teaching this). Luckily, the response is different; where the 8th graders are willing to take pictures and actually follow our directions.
