WB 2-5

Summary

During week, I did a lot of fun things but also went through lowkey a lot of funny stuff. For example, today (November 13); Ms. Chen told my period that only one person got an A after a test we took. The test was easy but I still knew I would flunk the test. Oh yeah, and also; I had recognition night this week. It was honestly really fun, and I really enjoyed being with my peers during that night; especially when they started screaming for me when I was on the stage. However, I'm honestly excited to be working again for Family Nite. I also remember the time when Markwill ate silica gel from a seaweed pack during our years in Holomua Elem; it was honestly super funny until he started going to the bathroom more than 3 times after lunch. Also, science this week was lowkey fun but boring. I had to make this animal and plant cell cutout for Mrs. Arakawa; it was fun but honestly stressing considering my period only had 15 minutes to finish it.

Lowlights

During this week, I didn't really go through a bunch of lowlights but my main one was my math grade went from an A to a D 😭😭😭. My friends and I started screaming our lungs out after math class ended because we finally got our final grades for our test; mind you, more than half of my period failed since only one person got an A while a few others got a B. Once I opened my Infinite Campus, I was ssososososososososo flabbergasted to see a D in math  😭 . I couldn't stop laughing though because I couldn't take what was happening seriously. Another one of my small, not really serious lowlights were I had 2 missing assignments from Mr. Cole. However, I only called it small since I managed to finish it in time and plus, Mr. Cole is WAYY behind grading. My last lowlight was lowkey feeling guilty if I actually put thought into my magic notes for other people. But I really did; and I didn't mean to seem as if I'm not and I also didn't mean it if I caused some people to become upset.

Highlights!

One of my main highlights is that I still have straight A's in my other classes than math. Speaking of my math grade, I'm still glad there is retakes--which of course I'm gonna do considering progress reports are coming on Wednesday. Another highlights I had this week was spending time with my family. For example, during this week---after Recognition Nite, I'm still so happy my parents took time to see me. However---to add---another highlight I had this week was feeling like I belong in leadership. Being in leadership lowkey is a bit draining, but I'm still SOOO happy and grateful that I'm fitting in and being used to the tasks in leadership. Especially when it comes to being with both 7th and 8th graders, I feel so happy that I met all of them, it really brightens up my day whenever I think about it. Anywho, my last highlight I have for this week was literally eating food with my family let alone by myself. I'm lowkey big, so I love eating food. You can also tell I'm really really really really big whenever you see me dig for candy in both Len's and Bethany's candy bag. But, my mom bought those Dubai Chocolate bars from Costco---it's lowkey really good. At first, it tastes like bootyhole, but the more you eat it---the better it tastes. It also tastes REALLY good with strawberries.

Lessons Learned

My main lesson learned this week is sometimes just to let go unserious things. For example, I got yelled at by the substitute teacher for Mr. Celebre's class because I was watching the Truman Show. I lowkey didn't care since it wasn't such a serious situation, so I just let it go. There's nothing to be sad or mad about if it's literally something so small, especially mistakes. Sometimes you lowkey have to say, "I lowkey don't care." and move on from such small mistakes. But letting in unserious things ISN'T worth your energy! Sometimes you have to remind yourself that not everything deserves a reaction.

MAGIC NOTES OH YEAHHHH

My favorite magic note has to be from Markwill again. I always enjoy how he's sometimes unintentionally funny---that's what really stands out about him. He's always been there for me especially ever since fourth grade. However, this magic note is my favorite because although it's super funny, I'm still glad he mentioned my boyfriend and I---it lowkey shows he pays attention to my life. Especially the, "thank you for all the things you do" part--its genuinely kind, and shows he actually appreciates me. Another thing is that the vibe is friendly---he doesn't make it seem awkward and he's just really an easy-going talker in general.
