Weekly Blog 2-2 

    My first week in leadership went pretty well. I pretty much had fun, although it was a bit boring observing our jobs for the entire week. In addition, I also learned a lot of stuff from the past 2 weeks. Such as learning how to broadcast, the three dances for orientation, and also how to work correctly at the ID's job. I also realized that leadership mostly takes up your time, especially in the morning. For example, in the morning, I always have to come in A101 to do my job, which includes broadcasting, ID's, or music for the entire week. Another thing I also realized is that leadership takes a lot of responsibility.

    Some positive highlights I had this week in leadership was having fun when learning the dances for orientation. Another positive highlight I had this week was being able to meet new people within my period 3. However my week also consisted of negative highlights, such as one being assigned so much work in social studies even though I just came back from a field trip. Another negative highlight I had was instead of spending time with my friends in the morning, I had to work in leadership. No offense, but leadership can be very boring especially in the morning.

One lesson I learned that I can carry on in leadership including my life would be not everything is perfect. I chose this life lesson that I learned today is because not everything expectation, need, or want is perfect.
